With the necessary lines already set, your plumbing work would then be limited to simply purchasing and installing the desired fixtures. A little bit of help from a carpenter and an electrician, and you have a basement bath! Although this preparatory step adds slightly to the cost of your new home, it can greatly enhance the value of your home in the future. We feel it is well worth the money. |
